About delivery

  • Your parcel will be delivered within 2-3 days after you received order confirmation.
  • We will deliver 7 days a week, except Bank Holidays.
  • Standard delivery is free for orders over £50.
  • During high season and Sale, delivery might take a little longer.

How to return an item?

  • Return through your local post office
  • You'll find a label on your returns note in your parcel, note that this is not pre-paid

Payment

You now have the possibility to pay for you purchase with PayPal. It will just take a few steps:
  1. Select PayPal as your payment method in the checkout.
  2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to proceed with the payment.
  3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can create a PayPal account, and then confirm the payment.
  4. You will return to Z-Theme and your order and payment will have succeeded!
You can still choose to pay by card.
  • We accept cards with Mastercard or Visa symbol
  • All transactions are encrypted for your safety
  • Your card will not be debited until we have dispatched your order
The name has changed, but the payment method is still the same.
  • The invoice is sent to your e-mail adress when the order is dispatched.
  • Payment information can also be found on the delivery note, enclosed in the parcel.
  • No fees or interest.
  • Pay within 20 days after the invoice date.

The Z-Theme Gift Card is flexible and easy to use! Whether you use the gift card online, or at your favourite Z-Theme store, our world of fashion is now yours. You can use your Z-Theme Gift Card to make full, or partial payments. Your desired amount will be deducted from your card and any remaining balance will be displayed on your receipt.
